Jumbo Prawns

Shake the bottle thoroughly from side to side and pour desired amount over the prawns and toss until coated.

Heat a large frying pan and add the marinated prawns, cook over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, just until the shells of the prawns turn pink.  Remove the prawns from the frying pan and pour any excess juices over the prawns, serve with aioli dip or one of your choice.

Spicy Chicken Wings

Cut your chicken wings in half, for a healthy option remove skin, and place the wings in a shallow dish, shake the bottle thoroughly from side to side and pour desired amount over the wings and coat.

You can leave to marinade for 1 hour, or, cook immediately.

Place a rack in a baking tray and line your marinated wings in a single layer on the rack, and cook in a preheated oven at 200oC (400oF, Gas 6) for 40 minutes, until cooked.

Remove the chicken from the rack and serve with a salad and a dip of your choice.

Spiced Yams

Dice the yam into cubes, with the skin on.  Shake the bottle thoroughly from side to side and pour over the yams, toss to coat.

Add the marinated yams to a pan and cook over a medium for a couple of minutes, then add chopped tomatoes, approx 1/5th of the weight of the yams and cook over a medium heat.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the yams are tender.  Turn the yams occasionally but do not stir or they will break.  Serve hot, topped with yoghurt.

Alternatively you can use potatoes instead of yams.
